The replay is uploaded to your membership hub the next morning, so you can watch, learn, and absorb the support completely on your own time.

You can begin as slowly as you need. Even watching a single 15-minute reset can provide massive relief to your nervous system.
What is somatic yoga?
Gentle, slow movement and breathing practices that help regulate your nervous system, lower cortisol, and release stored tension.
These practices are designed for beginners and experienced movers alike. Everything is slow, guided, and optional. You’re encouraged to move in a way that feels comfortable for your body.
Can I cancel at anytime?
