I’m a Master Nutrition Therapist and Yoga Teacher with over 15 years of experience supporting women through perimenopause and menopause.

I work with women who are tired of pushing their bodies to cooperate and are ready for guidance that feels grounded, realistic, and compassionate.

Restore Your Rhythm grew from my own experience and from years of working with women who wanted support that fits real life — not another system to manage.
