Hi, I’m Jessica. With over 20 years of personal practice and more than a decade of teaching, yoga has been an anchor through many seasons of life.
My work blends gentle yoga, breath, guided rest, and whole-person care to create spaces where women can slow down, reconnect, and restore rhythm in a way that feels realistic and supportive.
Alongside my yoga training, I bring a whole-person perspective informed by my background as a Master Nutrition Therapist and Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach. My passion is designing retreats and group experiences for women that blend yoga, breathwork, and nervous system care with holistic wellness tools.
