Meet Jessica Lee Reader

I’m a Master Nutrition Therapist, Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Perimenopause & Menopause Nutritionist, and Yoga Teacher.

With 15+ years of experience, I help women 40+ navigate perimenopause and menopause to restore energy, metabolism, mood, and sleep. 

But before I became the guide, I was searching for answers too. In my 20s, I struggled with chronic digestive issues, hormone imbalances, adrenal fatigue, and a nervous system constantly in overdrive. I felt dismissed, overwhelmed, and disconnected from my body.

That journey led me to functional nutrition, nervous system regulation, and mind-body healing.

Everything changed — and now I help women 40+ find the same relief.

Today, I combine nutrition, metabolism support, and nervous system care with simple, sustainable tools like yoga, meditation, and lifestyle shifts. Whether it’s through personalized coaching, retreats, or workplace wellness, my mission is the same: to help women feel like themselves again.

Outside the Office

I live in Greenville, SC, with my husband, Brandon, and our two bonded cats, Athena and Zeus.

When I’m not coaching clients or writing, you’ll find me teaching yoga, hosting retreats, or leading wellness programs for workplaces. And in my personal time? I’m on the trails, in my garden, or cooking vibrant, hormone-supportive meals.
