My Story

In my 20s, I struggled with digestive issues, chronic stress, and hormone fluctuations. I felt overwhelmed by conflicting advice and approaches that didn’t consider the whole picture.
Studying holistic nutrition and developing a personal yoga practice gave me practical tools that helped me feel better in my body. That path became my calling, and it has been at the heart of my work for more than 17 years.
But when my 40s arrived, my energy, metabolism, sleep, and mood shifted. That led me to deepen my work in women’s health, including perimenopause and menopause.
What I discovered is that regardless of the season of life, the body responds best to nourishment, rhythm, and nervous system support. My work is about helping clients build those foundations in a way that fits real life.
