My Story

Studying nutrition and developing a yoga practice helped me better understand the connection between stress, metabolism, digestion, and the nervous system.
What began as a personal healing journey became the foundation of the work I’ve now been doing for more than 17 years.
Over the years, I’ve expanded my training in integrative nutrition, nervous system support, and women’s health, including perimenopause and menopause care.
