This program is built for busy women. The strategies are simple, flexible, and fit into your life.

Do you take insurance, HSA or FSA?

Many clients use their HSA or FSA benefits to cover the cost of coaching, hormone testing, and supplements. Please check with your provider to confirm eligibility.

I don’t bill insurance directly, but some clients have received partial reimbursement with a doctor’s note. It’s best to verify this with your insurance company.

Can I do this if I’m on HRT?

Yes. My approach supports both natural and medically supported paths. Nutrition and lifestyle support complement HRT beautifully.

Do you offer a shorter program?

Yes, I offer a 4-week jumpstart program for $400. We can talk about which approach fits you best during your free consultation.
