Why 3 months?
Lasting change takes time.
It takes approximately 90 days to influence hormone patterns, support cellular metabolism, and move the nervous system out of a chronic “stress” state. Over these three months, we build the consistency your body needs to create a new, energized baseline.
Do I need to follow a strict diet?
Absolutely not. My approach is rooted in nourishment, not deprivation.
We focus on adding in the nutrients your body is craving rather than following rigid rules. We’ll work together to find a way of eating that fits your real life, your preferences, and your energy needs without the overwhelm.
Do you order or review lab testing?
Yes. We start by reviewing any recent bloodwork you already have.
If we need to look deeper, I can facilitate functional testing, such as the DUTCH Hormone Test or GI-MAP Gut Health Assessment, to identify the physiological root causes of your symptoms and remove the guesswork from your plan.
Do you recommend supplements?
If your biology needs targeted support, I will provide professional-grade supplement recommendations.
These are never “one-size-fits-all”; they are carefully chosen to support your specific metabolic and hormone goals. Clients receive access to a private online dispensary with a professional discount.
Supplements are always optional.
Do you take HSA/FSA?
Yes. Functional nutrition and nutrition therapy are typically eligible expenses. I can provide the necessary itemized receipts (superbills) for you to submit to your provider for reimbursement, or you can use your HSA/FSA card directly at checkout.
