When your body doesn’t feel safe to slow down…

Your metabolism stalls, your hormones shift, and your energy crashes.

Does this sound familiar?

N

3 PM Crash: Relying on diet soda or sugar to get through the afternoon.

N

Stuck Metabolism: Weight changes that don’t make sense, even when you try to eat well.

N

Wired-But-Tired Nights: You are exhausted all day, but your brain won’t shut off at bedtime.

N

Digestive Distress: Bloating or irregular hunger makes it hard to decide what to eat.

You don’t need another rigid meal plan or a harder workout; you need a different kind of support.

This is where I come in.

Hi, I’m Jessica Lee Reader, a Master Nutrition Therapist, Board-Certified Health Coach, and Yoga Teacher.

For 17 years, I’ve watched women try to force their bodies into feeling good again with strict diets and intense exercise, only to end up more depleted.

Most women don’t need more restriction; they need support that helps their body feel less on edge.

I bring together nutrition, gentle movement, and nervous system support to offer a clear, restorative path forward.

I help you support your body in three simple ways:

Metabolism Support:
Eat in a way that supports consistent energy without restrictive plans.

Calming Support:
Gentle yoga and somatic practices to move you from “wired and tired” to a calm system.

Hormone Support:
Navigate perimenopause and menopause without the stress of extreme dieting.

No extremes. No perfection. Just real-life support.

Feel like yourself again with more energy, a balanced metabolism, and a calmer mind.
