I’m a Master Nutrition Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and Women’s Wellness Coach with over 15 years of experience supporting women 40+ with metabolism, energy, sleep, and mood in this season of life.

My work blends holistic nutrition, calming routines, and yoga for body and mind, with practical guidance that feels grounded, supportive, and sustainable. Many of the women I work with are navigating hormone transitions, including perimenopause and menopause.

I offer private coaching and facilitate wellness workshops, events, and retreats for women and organizations in Greenville, SC, and nationwide (online and in person).
