Mindful Walk & Talk
for Women

Step out of the rush and into the forest.
Join us for a guided hour of intention, movement, and community connection as the day winds down.

A Monthly Series at Conestee Nature Preserve in Greenville, SC

Trade the evening “to-do” list for the trail.

The 5:30 PM hour is a powerful transition point.
Our Monthly Mindful Walk & Talk series is a dedicated space to step out of the rush and back into your own body.

In this guided hour, we focus on lowering cortisol, processing the day, and returning to center before heading home.
We move at an accessible, relaxed pace, and prioritize presence over “getting steps in.”

The Flow of the Evening

  • Gather & Ground: We begin at the trailhead with a brief intention-setting and grounding exercise to leave the day behind.
  • Mindful Movement: A gentle walk through the paved and wooded trails of Conestee, incorporating sensory awareness and rhythmic movement.
  • Sound & Stillness: We’ll find a quiet spot for a seated meditation, accompanied by the grounding vibrations of a singing bowl.
  • Shared Connection: We close with light conversation and reflection, connecting with other women who value presence and calm.

  • If we cancel: You will have the option to transfer your registration to the next scheduled date or receive a full refund.
