Hi, I’m Jessica Lee Reader
I’m a Functional Nutritionist and Somatic Yoga Teacher in Greenville, SC, and online, specializing in nervous system regulation, metabolism, and hormone health.
For over 17 years, I’ve helped individuals bridge the gap between functional nutrition and nervous system care.
