You receive a structured nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to your needs. This may include simple meal plans, recipes, targeted nutrient support, and practical nervous system tools.
Step 3: Ongoing Guidance
We adjust and refine your plan as your energy, stress levels, sleep, digestion, mood, and metabolism respond, so you can build sustainable progress with clarity and support.

Do you order or review lab testing?
When helpful, I review existing lab work and may recommend additional testing, including hormone panels, to better understand patterns related to fatigue, stress, digestion, or metabolism.
Testing is optional and used to guide personalized support, not replace it.
Do you recommend supplements?
I provide personalized supplement guidance when appropriate, based on your health history, symptoms, and any relevant lab findings.
Supplement recommendations are always tailored, optional, and used to support your overall plan.
