In a world that asks us to constantly do, this is your invitation to simply be.
Calm & Connect is an intentional, in-person gathering designed to help you shed the weight of the month and return to your steady ground.
This evening is specifically crafted for women who are:
emotionally overextended
wired but tired
want a calmer nervous system
craving a supportive community
The Flow of the Evening

We move with intention to help your body transition from the fight-or-flight response into a state of rest and digest.
5:45 PM | The Soft Arrival
Settle in, grab a cup of herbal tea and some light snacks, and find your spot in our candlelit circle.
6 PM | Connection & Grounding
We begin with a guided collective breathwork practice to signal safety to your nervous system, followed by introductions.
6:30 PM | Somatic Yoga for Nervous System Support
A slow-paced, gentle movement all-levels practice focused on releasing chronic tension and improving mobility.
7:30PM | Deep Rest & Handpan Sound Bath
The heart of the evening. Settle into a restorative yoga nidra meditation as the resonant sounds of the live handpan create space for deep calm.
8 PM | Connection & Nourishment
We close the circle with optional light conversation and enjoy a lingering peace before heading home.
Meet Your Guide: Jessica Lee Reader

Master Nutrition Therapist, Board-Certified Health Coach, and Yoga Teacher.
With over 17 years of experience supporting women’s health, Jessica bridges the gap between metabolic health and nervous system care.
Jessica uses nutrition, mindful movement, and sound to help women move through different seasons of life with more energy, better sleep, and a grounded sense of self.

What should I bring?
Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a blanket or pillow for extra comfort during the sound bath.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe easily.

These events are held at The Collective Studios Midtown. The address is 219 W Antrim Dr G, Greenville, SC 29607. There is a free parking lot directly in front of the building.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event. Within 48 hours, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
