Honoring Your Transformations
Acknowledging and honoring your transformations can be a daily practice.

It is so important to honor your body and treat it right. That is a different blog post, for a different day.
What I want to touch upon today is the transitions in our lives.
We all experience change every second, minute, hour, day, month, year… you get the point.
On a daily basis, you may go from your house, to work, to the store, and then back to your house. This alone is a lot of change and adjustment just in 12 hours.
How present are you during this time? Think about the changes we go through in a lifetime!
Today, I want to look at the biggest picture yet, which is reflecting and acknowledging the changes.
At the beginning of every year, we all set goals and resolutions for the year ahead, but do we honor the transitions and transformations that occurred in the previous year?
Life moves really fast, and change is the only certain thing.
If you have a hard time reflecting on your past transitions, whether they are positive or negative experiences, then perhaps you can take note of a daily experience.
In the grand scheme of things, it is what we do in our daily lives that speaks to who we really are.
Our experiences evolve our thoughts, behaviors, and actions.
Ultimately, it is up to us to see the bright side in every situation, learn from it, and progress in an attitude as a victor.
So, where am I going with all this?
As you are striving for the next vision, next goal, next chapter of your life, it can be helpful to observe the transformations in your life that make them occur.
Acknowledging and honoring your transformations in life allows time to take it all in and process it. This daily reminder allows us to fully experience life with all of its ups and downs.
Moving forward, I invite you to start a daily reflection journal.
