Hello, I’m Jessica Lee Reader, here to share the healing power of yoga and wellness with you. With over 20 years of personal practice and more than a decade of teaching, yoga has been my anchor through life’s twists and turns.
I’m trained by CorePower Yoga as a 300-Hour Power Yoga Instructor and Yoga Sculpt Teacher, and by Yoga MedCo as a Yoga Coach and Team Well-Being Coach. Alongside my yoga background, I’m also a Master Nutrition Therapist and Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, giving me a whole-person approach to supporting women.
My passion is creating retreats and group experiences for women 40+, blending yoga, breathwork, and nervous system care with holistic wellness tools. Whether you’re seeking calm, strength, or connection, I’ll guide you toward feeling grounded, nourished, and supported.
