Our hour together includes a guided intention-setting practice, a mindful walk through wooded trails, and a seated meditation with the grounding sounds of a singing bowl. You will have space for both quiet reflection and connection.

Women’s Gathering

Take a dedicated pause from the pace of daily life. This gathering at The Collective Studios Midtown is supportive for those who are feeling emotionally overextended and longing for a restorative reset.
Our evening includes a guided breathwork practice, gentle yoga for nervous system support, and a deep rest meditation accompanied by the live sounds of the handpan.
We will conclude with calming herbal tea, nourishing snacks, and time for meaningful connection.

Join us at Paris Mountain State Park for a half-day retreat designed to support your body, mind, and nervous system through nature, breath, gentle movement, and community.
We’ll move slowly through the woods on a mindful hike, pause for breath-based meditation, and practice a gentle somatic yoga flow designed to release tension and help your system unwind.
We’ll end with a nourishing community lunch designed to support steady energy and overall well-being.
