What is Somatic Yoga?

It is a gentle, brain-to-body movement practice designed to “reset” your nervous system. Unlike a workout, the goal is to lower stress hormones and help your body feel safe enough to “rest and digest.”

Practicing somatic yoga is always optional; it is a tool available to you whenever you feel ready to move.

Do I need to follow a strict diet?

No. My approach is flexible and realistic. We focus on nourishment that fits your life, your energy, and your needs, without rigid rules or pressure.

Do you order or review lab testing?

When helpful, I review existing lab work in my 1:1 programs and may recommend additional testing, including hormone panels, to better understand patterns related to fatigue, stress, digestion, or metabolism.

Testing is optional and used to guide personalized support, not replace it.

Do you recommend supplements?

I provide personalized supplement guidance in my 1:1 programs when appropriate, based on your health history, symptoms, and any relevant lab findings.

Supplement recommendations are always tailored, optional, and used to support your overall plan.

Do you accept HSA/FSA?

Yes. HSA/FSA is accepted. Please consult with our company to learn what is needed. I’m happy to provide you with an invoice.
