Hi, I’m Jessica, a Master Nutrition Therapist, National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Yoga Teacher.
For over 17 years, I’ve supported clients with holistic nutrition, nervous system care, and gentle movement to help them feel stronger, more grounded, and more at home in their bodies.

Nourish & Calm is a monthly membership and restorative space for women who want to improve their metabolism, quiet their nervous system, and get their energy back without the pressure of a rigid diet or an intense workout plan.
Inside, you’ll use simple somatic tools to move out of “survival mode,” learn how to eat for your unique body, and build a wellness rhythm that actually feels like a relief instead of another to-do list item.
Most health memberships feel like a second job or a library of content you’re “failing” to finish. This is different because it’s not about “catching up.” It’s a practitioner-led rhythm designed to lower your stress, not add to it.
Whether you join one 30-minute yoga session or use a 10-minute recipe, you are moving the needle. There is no “behind” here, only support when you need it.
What is Somatic Yoga? Is it okay if I’m a beginner?
Absolutely, in fact, this practice is perfect for beginners and all levels.
If traditional yoga is about ‘doing’ a pose, Somatic Yoga is about ‘feeling’ your way through it. There is no focus on touching your toes or holding a difficult shape. Instead, we use slow, gentle movements to ‘listen’ to your body, release deep-seated physical tension, and signal to your nervous system that it’s finally safe to exhale.
You don’t need to be ‘good’ at yoga, and you certainly don’t need to be flexible. You just need to be willing to move slowly and pay attention to what your body is asking for. If you’ve ever felt like your body is ‘stuck’ in stress, this is exactly what you’ve been looking for.
How much time will this take each month?
Nourish & Calm is designed to support consistency with softness. Expect to spend anywhere from 3-4 hours per month engaging with the live classes and masterclasses, and perhaps a bit more if you choose to dive into the optional courses or seasonal recipes.
This isn’t a program that adds pressure to your calendar. It’s a practice that gives you presence in your life. Whether you have 10 minutes for a quick reset or an hour for a deep-dive masterclass, the goal is to help you feel supported, not overwhelmed.
Do I get direct coaching or access to Jessica?
Yes! You’ll have access to Jessica every week during the live Somatic Yoga classes and inside our live Monthly Masterclasses.
These yoga classes are a chance to practice alongside her in real time, and the monthly calls are specifically designed to help you integrate these tools into your everyday life. While the community space is self-led, Jessica supports you directly during those monthly live sessions.
Can’t make it live? No problem. You can post your questions in the chat ahead of time, and Jessica will answer them during the call so you can catch the guidance in the recording.
If you’re looking for a private, clinical deep-dive into your specific labs or a fully customized protocol, the 1:1 Programs are the best fit for that level of support.
Is it really covered by HSA?
Since I am a Master Nutrition Therapist, most health accounts cover this as “Nutritional Counseling.” I’ll provide the receipts you need.
Is there a minimum commitment? Can I cancel at anytime?
Nope! You can cancel anytime. You can manage your subscription with one click inside your private portal.
However, we recommend staying for at least 3 months to fully experience the shift. Physiologically, it takes time for your nervous system to “unlearn” a stress response and for your metabolism to find its new rhythm. While most women feel a sense of relief after their first somatic yoga session, the deep, lasting restoration—the kind that changes how you wake up in the morning—usually takes about 90 days of consistency with softness.
