Do I need to follow a strict diet?
We focus on adding nourishment and building rhythms that support your energy, metabolism, and daily life in a sustainable way.
Do you order or review lab testing?
If needed, I may also recommend functional testing to better understand deeper patterns related to hormones, digestion, nutrients, and stress physiology (such as DUTCH Hormone Test, GI-MAP Gut Health Assessment, food sensitivity, or micronutrient testing).
Do you recommend supplements?
If helpful, I may suggest professional-grade supplements through my online dispensary, which you’ll have access to at a 15% practitioner discount.
Supplement support is always optional and used to complement your nutrition and lifestyle plan, not replace it.
Do you take HSA/FSA?
Yes. Eligible services can typically be paid for using HSA/FSA cards. I can provide documentation if needed.
