Hi, I’m Jessica Lee Reader. I’m a Master Nutrition Therapist and Yoga Teacher with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and organizations through evidence-informed wellness programming.

My work integrates nutrition, nervous system care, movement, and practical lifestyle support to help employees feel better in their bodies in ways that are realistic and sustainable for today’s work environments. A core area of my work includes supporting women navigating perimenopause and menopause in the workplace, an often overlooked dimension of employee wellbeing.

Whether I’m leading a workshop, facilitating a retreat, or designing a longer-term program, my goal is always the same: to offer tools that support real-life change while helping organizations build healthier, more resilient teams.
