Jessica Lee Reader is a Master Nutrition Therapist, a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and a Yoga Teacher with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals and organizations through evidence-informed wellness programming.
Her work integrates nutrition education, nervous system care, movement, and practical lifestyle support to help employees feel better in their bodies in ways that are sustainable for today’s work environments.
Whether she’s leading a workshop, guiding a class, facilitating a retreat, or designing a longer-term program, her goal is the same: to offer grounded tools that support real-life change while helping organizations cultivate healthier, more resilient teams.

Joan Hope Craig has over 20 years of experience in health and wellness. As a group facilitator, yoga therapist, and meditation teacher, she helps people reconnect with themselves and live with greater peace and purpose.
Her background includes corporate wellness coaching, fitness club operations, group exercise, personal training, consulting, and content production. Joan is an ordained minister in the Kriya Yoga tradition and serves as a U.S. retreat leader for the Center for Spiritual Awareness.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of South Carolina and previously worked in public relations, project management, and corporate learning and development, including roles with The Cliffs Clubs and Ernst & Young. She also served with the U.S. Peace Corps in Honduras.
Joan is the author of two books: Change Point and Exhale: Mindfulness and Meditation for People Who Don’t Stop.
