Nourish in Nature
Women’s Mini Retreat

A morning to slow down, breathe more deeply,
and come back into yourself through nature.

At Paris Mountain State Park in Greenville, SC
on Saturday, June 27th, from 8:30 am – 11:30 am

If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, mentally full, or a little disconnected from your body, this is an invitation to step out of the noise and into something more grounded.

Join us at Paris Mountain State Park for a half-day retreat designed to support your body, mind, and nervous system through nature, breath, gentle movement, and community.

We’ll move slowly through the woods on a mindful hike, pause for breath-based meditation, and practice a gentle somatic yoga flow designed to release tension and help your system unwind.

We’ll end with a nourishing shared lunch designed to support steady energy and calm digestion.
