Lab testing can be a helpful tool for some people. When appropriate, I can review existing labs or discuss options like hormone testing to better understand patterns related to stress, energy, and metabolism.
Testing is always optional and used to inform support, not replace it.
Do you recommend supplements?
Sometimes. Supplement support is individualized and always discussed thoughtfully. My focus is on nourishment, daily rhythms, and nervous system care first.
